How much does it cost?+
$230 per week or $920 per month, all inclusive, with no move-in fee. That covers your bed, all utilities, cable and internet, bed linens, towels and cleaning supplies. We accept Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, check and cash.
Do you accept people coming straight out of detox or treatment?+
Yes. Many of our residents come directly from detox, residential treatment, a PHP or IOP program, or a hospital. We coordinate with treatment centers and case managers on discharge planning and can often take a same-day or next-day placement.
Do I need to be sober before I move in?+
Yes. Dania Haven is a sober living environment, so residents must be detoxed and abstinent before moving in. If you are still using and need detox first, call us anyway — we will help you find an appropriate placement.
What if you do not have a bed available?+
Call us regardless. If we cannot place you in one of our homes, we will help you find another safe, reputable recovery residence. We would rather you land somewhere good than nowhere at all.
Do you take men and women?+
Both, in separate homes. Our women's home on W Dania Beach Blvd is a FARR-certified Level II recovery residence with dual diagnosis support. Our men's home, Dania Haven II on SW 5th Ave, is structured sober living. The homes are entirely separate properties.
What areas do you serve?+
We are located in Dania Beach and regularly take residents from across Broward County, including Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach, Davie, Pembroke Pines, and from out of state.
